Our most popular option, the 4-hour package gives guests plenty of time to participate without feeling rushed. It allows for natural rotation as people come and go while keeping the experience engaging throughout the event. Well-suited for weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, and brewery activations, this package offers flexibility, strong value, and a polished experience from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and equipment preparation. - No-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change - whenever possible, we’re happy to reschedule your event (subject to availability) if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, with no additional fee. For outdoor events, weather-related rescheduling will be handled case-by-case. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for equipment operation, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future booking.
