Service Description
This option is ideal for smaller gatherings or shorter events where you want something memorable without committing to a full-day experience. We bring a professional-grade golf simulator to your location and handle everything from setup to operation. Guests can jump in and play real golf courses, skill games, or casual challenges — no golf experience required. This package works especially well for cocktail hours, birthdays, and relaxed social events where people rotate in and out. All equipment, setup, and breakdown are included so your venue stays focused on hosting while we handle the experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable due to scheduling, staffing, and equipment preparation. - No-shows are non-refundable. We understand plans change - whenever possible, we’re happy to reschedule your event (subject to availability) if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance, with no additional fee. For outdoor events, weather-related rescheduling will be handled case-by-case. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for equipment operation, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit toward a future booking.
